Surf Roots Surfhouse is located in Costa da Caparica, one of the most consistent places in Portugal regarding the waves. The wild coast with its typical yellow cliffs stretches out 35 kilometer to the south where the National Park Arrábida is located. While we often find the best waves right at our doorstep, we love to show you other surf spots around the area. You will definitely have endless possibilities for surfing here with us.
The 100-Year Old Surf House

Surf Roots Surfhouse's owner Filipe bought this house from his grandmother and renovated it himself into a small and cute surf house! At home we have 6 beds divided into 3 rooms so you'll never have more than one roommate! The house is in the heart of Costa da Caparica, very close to the beach. There is also the garden / patio where we do our famous bbq dinners and where you can sit and relax during the day. You should know that Filipe is really gifted when it comes to hand-craft, so be prepared for some original art all around the house! And 'O Capote' - the best bakery in town - is just around the corner. By the way, our wifi is free!
